Bordered by Lake Superior to the north, Upper Michigan to the northeast, Lake Michigan to the east, Illinois to the south, Iowa to the southwest, and Minnesota to the west, Wisconsin is a rural state with a wide variety of geographical features. There are five regions in Wisconsin, each offering distinct surroundings and living environments. And although medium-size cities are spread across the state linking the working farms surrounding them 68% of Wisconsin residents live in urban areas. Milwaukee alone is home to nearly one-third of Wisconsin’s population offering many options in condo living from downtown city dwellings to suburban developments.
Wisconsin tends to be a popular vacation state, with tourism their third largest industry, but owning a condo here gives prime access to activities including water sports, winter sports, hunting, golf, camping, hiking, and horseback riding to name a few.
