After seven years of planning Icon Las Olas a 42-story high ultra luxury condo building will soon break ground where the former Hyde Park supermarket was located on East Las Olas Boulevard with views of the New River, Riverwalk, downtown Las Olas and a soon to be constructed public park.  These 278 condos will consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences ranging in size from 844 to 1925 sq. ft.  The unique oval shape of the building will be complemented by an oval infinity edge pool located on the 8th floor activities deck which will also feature a club/party room, fitness center, lush bamboo garden and soothing water fountains.  The ground floor level will showcase 15,000 sq. ft. of boutique shops with plans for a five star restaurant and sidewalk cafes.
