North Carolina Condos
Bordered by South Carolina and Georgia to the south, Tennessee to the west and Virginia to the north, North Carolina is considered a southern state with charming historic towns and friendly southern hospitality. There are three distinct regions in North Carolina that each offer unique experiences; the mountains, the piedmont, and the coast.
The Piedmont region is the most urbanized area in the state with rolling hills and countryside rapidly being converted into suburban communities with shopping centers, condominiums, apartments and single family homes as well as office buildings. The Mountain region includes the Appalachian Mountain range with the sub-ranges of the Great Smoky Mountains, Blue Ridge Mountains, Great Balsam Mountains, and the Black Mountains.
The Coast region has a climate influenced largely by the Atlantic Ocean with typically mild winters and moderate summers; a very appealing weather pattern to live in.
