New Mexico Condos
With a population of almost 2 million New Mexico has only one city with a population above 100,000 and that is Albuquerque. Albuquerque, located next to the Sandia Mountain range is a city rich with history and culture offering many condominiums in different areas of the city to fit your lifestyle. The cities of Las Cruces, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe have populations above 50,000 and offer many traditional and urban condo developments. Six cities in New Mexico have populations above 20,000 but below 50,000 and the rest are small rural communities.
New Mexico’s terrain is made up of mountains, high plains and desert with a highly arid climate. Outdoor recreation year round is a benefit to owning a condo and living in New Mexico.
