Brookline Condos

Brookline condos are found throughout the area, from brownstone units to condo communities.

The Brookline real estate market has experienced a surging increase in property values over the last ten years, and analysts don’t expect recent national trends to affect this long-term movement.  Although the city of Boston engulfs Brookline on almost every boarder, Brookline has invested time and resources to ensure that its originality and style go unchanged.

As examples, the city still practices its town meeting form of government that it first adopted in 1705, and they still enforce a parking ban on the streets every night, a regulation that drives non-residents crazy.

Thriving commercial centers, such as Coolidge Corner, Washington Square, and Brookline Village, are always abuzz with their quaint restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping boutiques.  The Brookline condo market continues to gain momentum, and one of its contributing factors is the excellent school system.  Brookline High School alumni include Mike Wallace, Michael Dukakis, Theo Epstein, Conan O’Brien, and Robert Kraft.

The city is also known for having its own working farm, with a farm stand every summer, the Nation’s oldest Country Club, which has hosted the U.S. Open twice and the Ryder Cup once, and for being the birthplace of both John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy.

Although the city prides itself on being unique from Boston, Fenway Park and downtown Boston are just minutes away.
