Beacon Hill (Boston) Condos

Beacon Hill real estate comprises of some of the nations highest property values, and the neighborhood itself represents one of the highest concentrated areas of wealth in the country.

There are several Beacon Hill condo buildings that have gone up near the parks, or along the river, but many are in small brownstones. Many of the streets appear unchanged from era’s when the residences were filled with men and women who were responsible for creating and forming our great country.  Beacon Hill, distinctive from any other Boston neighborhood, has narrow one-way streets, gas lanterns lighting the streets at night, brick sidewalks, and federal style row houses that climb and descend the steep hill. On one side of the Hill lies the State House, overlooking the Boston Common and the Public Garden.

On the other, the Charles River lined by the Esplanade, and the always-expanding Massachusetts General Hospital.  Although the area is, roughly, only one square mile, approximately 10,000 residents live in the neighborhood.  Over the years many important figures have resided here, including John Hancock, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Henry Cabot Lodge, and Daniel Webster.

Beacon Hill is also home to the inspiration of everyone’s favorite bar, “Cheers”.  Beacon Hill condos offer luxury at its finest.
