This building will have 42 stories in height making it the tallest residential structure in the state of Florida. Scheduled for development in 2002/2003 will have full recreational amenities, convenient retail and commercial facilities, as well as two residential condominium towers. Brickell On The River is located adjacent to the newly built Metromover, a “people mover” system which will provide residents easy access to the entire Downtown Miami area and beyond.
