Bonita Beach Condos
Condos in Bonita Beach are popular as vacation rental condos which produce rental income while providing owners a vacation condo for getaways of their own. The best reason to buy a condo in Bonita Beach would clearly be the beauty of the beach itself, which faces west, and nightly sunsets. Condo vacations near this beach offer renters some of the prettiest beach in Florida – white, soft, and generally uncrowded.
Vacation condo rentals in Bonita Beach vary by season – high season is President’s weekend (mid-February) until two weeks past Easter. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s weeks also demand the highest rental rates. Summer rates generally apply June through mid-October; condo rentals during this time are the lowest of the year, and pricing can be flexible.
Most Bonita Beach condo rentals are for one week, but in season it’s not unusual to get rentals of one month or more. A few lucky Bonita Beach condo owners (usually those whose units are nicest in terms of décor and location) have a high percentage of repeat guests to their specific condo.
