Valley Village Condos

Enter a City, State, or Building name:

Formed in 1939, Valley Village, a small community is north of Studio City and west of North Hollywood in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.  The area was once part of North Hollywood, in fact the most upscale part–so much so that the residents, wanting to set themselves apart, lobbied for and got their new name from City Hall in the 1990’s The majority of housing was and still and is single-family homes built in the 1940’s and 1950’s.

The 134 Freeway, however, built in 1971 to connect the 101 (Ventura Freeway) to the 210 (Foothill Freeway), took up enough acreage to render the remaining land too expensive for individual homes; new condominiums therefore took their place.

Because Valley Village is close to the Burbank-area studios such as Warner Bros., Universal, NBC and Disney, many artists, writers and actors find its condo scene perfect for their needs. In fact Valley Village is close to everything any single person or family would want, including restaurants, shopping, libraries, schools, churches and the NoHo Arts District.  The community is quiet, tree-lined and off the beaten path.

Its appeal has already drawn people from all walks of life, including a few celebrities!
