Sunrise Development Announces Three-Bedroom Condominiums at Pure
Chicago-based Sunrise Development recently announced that eight three-bedroom homes are now available at Pure, a new 13-story, contemporary condominium midrise in the West Loop. This mixed-use project, which will include three-bedroom penthouse condominiums, is comprised of 68 residences and includes 5,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
Located at 24 S. Morgan St., Pure also includes one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom floor plans. Homes range in size from 679 to 1,969 square feet, and remaining residences range in price from $245,000 to $760,000. They feature one to 2½ baths, floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Eight three-bedroom plans are available on floors five through twelve. Three-bedroom homes start at $630,000.
“The move-up market for buyers has been underserved thus far in the West Loop,” said Suzy Grossman, director of sales and marketing for Sunrise Development. “These are buyers who want to stay in this growing, hip urban location, but are looking for the next step in sophisticated living. Pure’s three-bedroom plans offer this to buyers in the form of more space with the high-end finishes that accompany all of the building’s residences.”
Three-bedroom homes include a master suite, which features a walk-in closet; private bathroom with dual vanities, stand-up shower, and tub; and a private balcony off the bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also both include walk-in closets and are connected by a private bathroom, which features a stand-up shower and two separate vanities.
“Functionality has been a point of emphasis for the three-bedroom plans,” added Grossman. “Often times, livability is sacrificed in order to accommodate a third bedroom. But even with three sleeping areas, buyers still have an open kitchen area, a separate family room and living/dining area, plus a second balcony – not to mention plenty of individual closet space and room in the bath.”
All homes at Pure feature 9-foot ceilings and gourmet kitchens with Poggen Pohl brand cabinetry; 2 ½-inch granite kitchen countertops; stainless steel Bosch appliances; and under mount, stainless steel, double-bowl kitchen sinks with Grohe faucets. Bamboo flooring in the foyer, kitchen, living and dining rooms with a sound underlayment system and carpeting in the bedrooms are standard in each home.
Finishes in the bathrooms include Poggen Pohl cabinetry; stone countertops; marble tile; Grohe faucets; and a medicine chest, per plan.
According to Grossman, the shared community amenities, such as the SKAI Lounge, are just as distinctive and stylish as the individual finishes within each home.
“Like the other hangouts in the West Loop, we designed the SKAI Lounge to be just as stylish and luxe as the area’s upscale lounges. Except here, residents won’t have to wait in line or pay cover charges. With a custom-built bar, top-of-the-line sound system, plush furniture, contemporary lighting, plasma televisions, and a fully functional kitchen, residents can entertain guests, cater a party or just sit back and relax,” added Grossman.
Pure also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and a landscaped rooftop sundeck and garden.
Additionally, buyers will be able to take advantage of Pure’s E-community, a virtual resource for residents. The E-community will host information on the neighborhood, from local takeout menus to alderman contact information, as well as community information such as association updates and utility information.
Deeded parking is also available in the indoor garage at Pure for $35,000. Each resident will receive a secure digital key providing them access to the garage.
The building is within walking distance of some of the best dining, nightlife and cultural offerings in the West Loop, such as Randolph Street’s “Restaurant Row” and Greek Town. Residents are in proximity to transportation options including the Ogilvie Transportation Center, Union Station, the CTA Green and Blue lines, and Interstates 90, 94 and 294.
