American Invesco is talking about coming to Dallas also. They are really expanding!
I am in investor and am extremely dissappointed in American Invesco and their Las Vegas property, The Meridian. They required us to use their "preferred" lender and those lenders performed poorly - took 1 year to close. At that point, the market changed and we couldn't get the same good rates that we initialy signed for. Of course, by this time, they would not give us back our deposit. Risk is something we understand but American Invesco did a POOR job of managing the sale. Bad customer service... then they continue to try and control the property.
