The Condo Company Celebrates!
Condo sales juggernaut, The Condo Company, hosted a Moroccan themed Holiday celebration that ended another fabulous year. Roughly 100 guests filled the party room at Ocean Two, a luxury condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and were treated to a gourmet dinner, open bar, belly dancing, and fortune readers. Michael Ledwitz, president and CEO of The Condo Company, was elated. “After another unbelievable year that witnessed record-breaking sales as well as growth into markets outside of South Florida, there is reason to celebrate.”
The Condo Company has recently opened in Las Vegas and their website, www.CondoCompany.com, covers condo re-sales and developments in Los Angeles, Naples, Boston, Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Orlando, Chicago, and Atlanta. “We’re very excited about our new office in Las Vegas,” says Richard Robledo, broker and partner in Las Vegas. He flew into Miami to join in the celebration. “With so much construction in Vegas and our unprecedented Internet presence, this market will be a homerun for us.”
The party’s climax happened when Ledwitz presented Joelle Oiknine with a Roberto Coin necklace from King Jewelers for winning agent of the year. “When you have agents as special as Joelle, it’s my pleasure to show my appreciation,” says Ledwitz. “We have so many special agents that I may be one of the luckiest business owners. I always try to surround myself with quality people and the results of my choices speak for themselves.”
